About Me

I was born in the United States, raised in England, and later spent part of my adult life living in Europe. Moving between countries and cultures from an early age, I learned to adapt to different ways of living, thinking, and relating. Alongside this I came to understand some of the quieter challenges that come with living abroad: questions of belonging, identity, and what it means to feel at home.

Before retraining my work involved running a client focused business both England and France. Where much of my time was spent in close, one-to-one contact, something that quietly shaped my capacity to listen and attune to others.

These experiences have stayed with me and continue to shape how I meet the people I work with. I have a sensitivity to the complexity each person carries, the visible and the less visible parts of their story, and an appreciation for how our environments, cultures, and relationships influence who we are.
